End of the Semester

Our final meeting has been concluded for the semester. Thanks for all those that came for Fall 2009. Updates on the club for the semester:

  • Club website has been revamped thanks to our webmaster Albert. Other clubs wishing to make a site please email us at csicomputerclub at gmail dot com to set something up on our server.
  • We have began working on our autonomous jeep. Almost all parts have been received for the jeep and progress is being made in putting the parts together and coding the software. Our main guys working on it include Dan/Don, Mike, and Eric. Check out the Projects link.
  • We had one very successful event this semester with CISDD. Over 40 students attended our internship information session.
  • New President has been elected. Mike will be President for Spring 2009, and hopefully more semesters to come. All other positions remain the same.
  • Plans for next semester include hopeful completion of the Jeep, more websites for other clubs, an annual movie event, an event on computer building, more pizza, and more events.
